The Pilates method of body conditioning is a system of restorative floor exercise. It will work the body within its natural limits without forcing or stressing joints and muscles. It will strengthen the supporting muscles of the abdomen and torso. Students will gain an understanding of how to move efficiently without pain and they will gain energy, grace and control.

Bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothes.

5-week session: $60

Mixed-level class based in Hatha and ViniYoga. Come dance with your breath in this slow-flow class emphasizing balance and alignment with postures most beneficial for dancers of any style.

Bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothes.

Punch card for Yoga: 8 visits $88, or 15 visits $150.

Zumba is a Latin-inspired, dance fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements, creating a dynamic and exhilarating fitness program. Zumba classes combine salsa, merengue, and hip hop rhythms, among others, to achieve a unique balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits. No experience necessary. Ditch the workout, join the party!

Have fun and move to music without focusing on dance technique. Open to all levels, experience, and abilities.

Punch card for Zumba: 5 visits $45 for adults, 5 visits $32.50 for students.
Drop-in fee: $10 for adults, $7 for students (high school and college).
