Wednesdays: 8:00 - 9:00 p.m.
Based on the methods of Pilates, Yoga, and Franklin Method, classes are designed to improve the body's strength, coordination, and balance while also preventing improper form and injury. An essential supplement for dance technique classes, but also open to any individual wanting to develop strength and greater range of movement in a mindful and effective way.
For ages 12 and up. Class is open to non-dancers.
Bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothes.

Zumba is a Latin-inspired, dance fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements, creating a dynamic and exhilarating fitness program. Zumba classes combine salsa, merengue, and hip hop rhythms, among others, to achieve a unique balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits. No experience necessary. Ditch the workout, join the party!
Have fun and move to music without focusing on dance technique. Open to all levels, experience, and abilities.
Punch card for Zumba: 5 visits $45 for adults, 5 visits $32.50 for students.
Drop-in fee: $10 for adults, $7 for students (high school and college).
